OUR STORY
It all started with a socially distanced walk and picnic around Durham in the midst of COVID-19 lockdown. Fast forward nearly six years, two graduate degrees, too many movie marathons to count, road trips, and an ever-growing vinyl record collection, and here we are.
We’ve grown a lot together—in love, in friendship, and in life.
As we approach this next chapter, we’re so excited to celebrate it with all of you. Bring your hugs, your dancing shoes, and a tissue or two (just in case).

Museum chic! Formal attire preferred, but have fun, and don’t be afraid to showcase color and personality.

For those from out of town, we hope you have some time to explore the area while you’re here. We’ve put together a list of our favorite places to give you a headstart:
THINGS TO DO
The ceremony will take place outside in the Courtyard of the North Carolina Museum of Art’s West Building.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Please arrive no later than 5:45pm to ensure a timely start.
The cocktail hour will follow at 6:30pm inside.

The North Carolina Museum of Art has ample parking that is free and open to the public.

Due to the size of the venue, with the exception of nieces and nephews involved in the ceremony, our celebration will be adults-only.
Your presence at our wedding means the world to us, and truly, that’s the greatest gift of all. For those who wish to celebrate with a contribution, we’ve created a small registry along with a honeymoon fund for our trip to Japan, which is our preferred way to celebrate.
All contributions to our honeymoon fund will help us create lasting memories on our first adventure as a married couple.
